Dr. Kartsonis and Dr. Hurt are amazing! But this one star review is because the office manager Lenna is absolutely horrible! Every time I have spoken to her about mine or my husbands bill she is rude, and condescending! She tells me it’s not her job to explain my bill even though she does the billing, and I have a Hispanic accent and she always says she cannot understand me and hangs up on me! The girls up front and the nurses are so sweet but nobody in my family will be returning as long as she works here! So rude!!

The office staff here is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I absolutely loved Dr. McClintock but after she left, I saw Dr. Hurt who was very kind and knowledgeable. She took good care of me. I had to cancel an appointment and was asked if I was looking to go elsewhere. I said I was eventually going to go back with Dr. McClintock since she is now reestablished, but I would reschedule with Dr. Hurt for my exam for the time being. I was then told I couldn’t be seen there because I had been a patient of Dr. McClintock’s in the past and should never have been able to see Dr. Hurt. ? Seriously? Tried to make an appointment for a specific issue rather than a general exam. Was told it would be some three months out because I had not been there for some time and was therefore considered a new patient. Interesting business model. Not one that cares to retain established patients.
