I have been a customer for about 4-5 years and after all of these years, they feel more like family and they always take care of my clothes with the best care. Even though they are a business, they will never do a job that they know wouldn't turn out right just to take my money. They always finish my items on time, sometimes earlier than expected and offer fair prices! I can't recommend this place more and couldn't see myself going anywhere else :)

Brought in my daughters Christmas outfits for alterations and not only was I provided great customer service from the team, but also the quality was fantastic! I highly recommend this shop! Pricing is very reasonable for the quality you receive!Service: Pants alterations

I brought in a dress I had purchased online, to wear for my sister's wedding. The fit of the dress was off and I wasn't convinced yet, but I got it on sale and hoped maybe with alterations it could be fixed. I went into the store and the woman and I discussed what could be done. When I came back to try it on after the first alteration, I still wasn't loving it. I mentally decided to get a new dress and let this dress be a wash. She still needed to tailor it and adjust another part of it, but I was just going to let her tailor it and just call it a loss.
