The technician did a good job on my feet, but I received regular polish and wasn’t kept under the dryer long enough. They told me I could leave with the flip-flops on, but that didn’t make sense because I could easily bump my toes and ruin the polish. I feel they should make sure customers are fully dry before letting them go. The job isn’t finished until the polish is dry, and it felt unprofessional to send me out while it was still wet.
I ended up having to go back and explain that I needed more time under the dryer. They finally put me back under for a little longer.

First time I went it was wonderful the second time around the guy just didn’t do a well enough job. Didn’t clean my nails, cut my skin while doing my cuticles carelessly and quite frankly super rough (literally grabbing the skin with the nail clippers and janking the skin off) didn’t ask if I wanted my nails trimmed or what type of cut I wanted and the nail polish was poorly applied. The only good thing was the pressure of the massage. He did ask for a tip, where it should’ve been a measly $5 tip I gave him 20%. I’ll keep coming but if they tell me he will be taking care of me I’ll just skip the service.

Hung took care of me and gave me a pedicure. Excellent, I have NEVER had my pedicure done so carefully in the United States, digging into the corners of my nails looking for something buried. The massage was fabulous and they charged me 30 when the other one charged me 45. I left them a 10 dollar tip and they didn't charge it. Never have my feet been so grateful and looking pretty.
