Renee Pappy is the kind of realtor that EVERYONE should have the pleasure of working with. She assisted us in first a rental home (even though she doesn't do rentals), and then in the ultimate purchase/building of our home. She far exceeded our expectations in the amount of time spent with us throughout the process. We have been working with her for over a year. Renee participated in the planning, construction, inspection, and closing. All the while going to bat for us as our advocate on numerous issues with the builder. We have been in our home for 3 months, and Renee continues to follow up on a few issues with the builder. Her communication skills are impeccable and her personality and demeanor are very personable. We felt like a valued client. Through our experience with her we feel that we have made a new friend. Without hesitation, we would refer her services to anyone.
