Clean well maintained business.On entry a smiling friendly face in reception who booked us in . Initial investigation carried out effectively and processed forward to Dr. Jay. who examined and declared a clean bill of health with no changes . finishing up with settling minimum costs. The process was carried out efficiently with modern technology which was cleaned prior to use .This appeared to be standard and high priority . highly recommend premises with courteous friendly staff . Excellent service. Special mention to Dr. Sutton whose outstanding patient communication and bedside manners made me think how valuable eye exam is. He listened to his patient which made me feel his concern and sincerity. At first, I was anxious to go because I'm scared of what the outcome will be, but the lady(sorry I did not get her name) she was the one who did the xray of my eyes before Dr. Sutton, she also exudes positivity in her interaction with me. Then I will not forgot Betty. Her customer service is great and she made me feel relaxed. I was able to open up my needs with her and she did not leave me until I have chosen the frame I like. Morgan via phone left a positive impression when I inquired about their service in relation to my insurance coverage. Great experience❤️
