Mr. Chance Isbell is a highly skilled and accomplished artist. On August 16th, he completed a remarkable tattoo of my father on my right leg. Over 17 years ago, he had also done a tattoo of my mother on my left leg. I was delighted to learn that he had returned to town after my father's passing. I knew precisely what I wanted for my tattoo, and I was confident that Mr. Isbell was the ideal artist for the job.
