Charles and his team are pleasant and reliable. Over the last year I’ve taken comforters, suits, buttons downs, dresses, and a wedding dress. All were given reasonable turnaround times and prices. They were done well and on time.

Charles and his business are remarkable. I'm a clothing collector and I refuse to use anyone else in Jacksonville. I've never had any issues and he genuinely goes out of his way to have your things ready for you ASAP!

I have only used Cedars a few times but they will be my dry cleaner of choice for two main reasons--1) the owner is the absolute most helpful, kind, genuine and friendly person. The moment you meet, it's like you've known each other forever. He is a light in this world. 2) I brought an item in and i appreciated his knowledge and honesty about how to care for it.
