This place is amazing. Everyone I interacted with at my visit today was so friendly & attentive. They got my cat looked at & taken care of quickly. I can’t recommend this place enough.Also a special shout out to Chris. I called two nights ago to make an appointment, crying on the phone at the possibility that my cat had cancer. He was so friendly. He took extra time to reassure me and offer me guidance. I will never forget his kindness.
I brought my poor chihuahua in January 13 not knowing what was going on in full panic. They were so understanding to my emotional status and inability to process what was going on with my sweet girl!I can’t even describe how Dr.Nichols and his staff treatment of me and answering my repetitive questions was so appreciated. I’ve never in my life experienced a staff with so much compassion and honesty! They didn’t nickle and dime me and were up front and honest about all cost as soon as I walked through the door!!We ended up having to make the hardest decision of any pet owners life. And I couldn’t have ask for better people to have done it with!Thank you everyone...read full review
EXCEPTIONAL and CONSISTENT. I visited Capital Several times. For end of life treatment for one of my K9s And for treatment of our current K9. I’ve experienced Capital for emergencies and for preventative care, and in all situations, I’ve been pleased with the consistent experience I receive. I always feel the price is fair for what is being provided. They have most of the same staff they had had five years ago, which says a lot.
