Placed a order at 9 am my order was never processed I was never told my order wouldn’t be processed or delivered that day . I had to call and ask then I was told my order was even processed and would be delivered the next day … I will never use this place again . Goin back to my regular florist ✌?

My experience with Bonnie's floral design is not good. During the covid 19 quarantine I used as many local businesses as possible. For mothers day I ordered flowers from Bonnie's it was $35 for flowers plus tax and delivery. Total $55.00. That would be fine but the size and content the arrangement was lacking. I will never use or recommend Bonnie's ever. I am Diane Peterson a very dissatisfied customer

Ordered sunflowers on the 13th, paid over the phone. Picked up on the 14th and they were DEAD. The worker said they just dehydrated... ummm, no, they are dead! Will be filing a dispute with my card company.
