They provide full-service auto accident treatment led by an experienced Physiatrist. Patients praise the staff as young professionals who are very respectful, knowledgeable, and able to tailor treatment options that work effectively. The therapists genuinely care about their patients' well-being and go the extra mile to make them feel supported and empowered throughout their recovery process. Patients have found the therapy sessions to be fun and effective, leading to significant improvements in their condition.
My experience with Bold City was wonderful! They really listened to me and did all to help me get back to feeling like myself again. I came feeling discouraged, overwhelmed and scared that I would never have the ability to regain the strength/flexibility in my neck and without constant pain. They offered such patience, gentleness and encouragement! They also worked with my schedule to ensure I would get every treatment even when I needed to switch days.
