Crystal is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable of anatomy and how it affects function and pain. She is passionate about her work and restoring quality of life. Prior to seeing her, I experienced migraines several times a week, often running into multiple days. Now it's so infrequent. I can't explain how life changing and powerful that is. The studio is gorgeous and you'll be welcomed by thoughtful designs that makes the space feel inviting and calm. I highly recommend Crystal and Body Rituals.
Elizabeth is an amazing massage therapist. I have been going to her for a few years now! I followed her from her previous place to this one because she is just that good! It’s the best investment to date! She does everything from hot stone, deep tissue, cupping and then she has pre and post natal. She is very knowledgeable, kind and funny. I would definitely recommend her!
