It was a great experience for what is known to be terrible time. Having to take your pet to an emergency vet is never in anyone’s plans, blue pearl made the experience easy and calming. I appreciate their level of concern and giving me options when it came to treatment. Prices were very reasonable with an initial visit cost of $178 plus whatever your treatment is. For an emergency scenario involving my animal, which is like a family member, it was a no brainer.
Our Chihuahua mix was having gastrointestinal issues and couldn’t be seen by his regular vet. It was great that Blue Pearl was available 24 hours and could see him. The staff was helpful and attentive and provided options for treating our pet. Since this was our first time going to a Pet ER, we were not aware of the cost. It was reasonable considering what people pay for ER care.
