Amazing experience at Birch. I truly love and respect Dr. Gavron. She is professional, honest and caring. She was upfront with me and helped me feel at ease when my bunny Thumper was in trouble. With him being 8 years old, I was nervous for him to be worked on but Dr. Gavron was honest with me and she had a plan! Thumper had to go through a surgical procedure but he came out resilient! I appreciate the love and care from the whole staff and I am super grateful to Dr. Gavron.
My two girls have been patients of Dr Dee for several years. If I could give 100 stars I would. One of mine is highly anxious and Dr Dee immediately got on the floor with her to calm her nerves. After a few visits like that she is now completely relaxed when we are there. She is compassionate and thorough.
I would also highly recommend Brandi for her grooming services. She is so loving with my bichon. She does an excellent job!
This is the ONLY place I trust with my doggies! We have 3 dogs and they all love this place! All the people working there are so sweet and caring and give our dogs many kisses! They are also very honest- they told me my little Yorkie (who was underweight at the time & had stomach issues) that he need to get his teeth fixed & while they could have gotten lost of money that day they instead warned me that due to his weight the anesthesia could possibly kill him, so I really love how honest they are unlike other places that just wanna collect your money. They are also aware that I have bad anxiety when it comes to my dogs so they call me during their appointments to keep me updated so I know everything is ok! I love this place so much I drive 30 minutes there instead of going to a local place!
