Bigfoot's Lance Holman is a true professional and easy to work with. He was running only ten minutes late but took the time to send me a text to let me know. How many folks do we know who would do that? He was truly easy to work with. His use of a drone to get up close and personal without having to climb a ladder to see what was needed today was another bit of proof they are not only a fine firm but one who embraces technology. YAY! Bigfoot was the roofer who gave the first owner a 10-year warranty that they allowed to be transferred to us when we bought our home eight years ago. They've quickly and accurately stood by the warranty when storm damage has occurred. When we're ready for a new roof, Bigfoot will be at the top of our list!
