Nicest guys. Gave me a fair quote on a repair/tapered roof. During the job it was found that the company who did the house roof 5 years ago did it wrong and they needed to fix it. Still gave me a good rate and had the job done within the day. Show before and after pics.
I located a small leak in my attic. I called Big Fish and Mike was able to come out within the hour to look at it for me.
He looked in my attic and immediately knew what the problem was. He grabbed a ladder and looked at the flashing against the exterior wall on my brick home. He told me when the house was built they failed to put a bead of sealant to fill the gap between the flashing and brick exterior.
For no charge he grabbed his caulk gun and sealed it all up for me. When it's time for a roof replacement, I know who I'll be contacting.
Thank you!! When Hurricane Helene came through shingles were ripped off our roof. I called multiple companies. 1 called me back to schedule an appointment to give me a quote for a MONTH later. Steven at Big Fish...came out gave us and our neighbor a quote a fixed it 2 days later. Very Thankful and appreciative!!
