Zack was very patient with us as we looked from place to place to find our perfect first home in Florida. Although we've owned places elsewhere, this was our first purchase in Florida and Zack guided us through the entire process flawlessly. He has a plethora of contacts from mortgage brokers to inspectors to contractors that we were able to tap into throughout the transaction. "I would like to give Zackery Williams a better rating than 5 stars. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Jacksonville and conducts himself in a very professional manner. He knew how upset we were when we lost out on a condo unit. When another unit became available in the same building, he reached out to us immediately. He was successful in closing the deal for us almost instantaneously. He helped us through all the steps from contract signing to inspection to closing.
