Had to take my mom to the ER at Baptist Medical Center downtown. They were able to assist her very quickly and were able to get to a room within 30 minutes. All the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful! Zero issues or complaints on my end! They decided to admit her after about 5 hours. She was moved to a hospital room around 12am. At her room all the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped mom and was very patient with her because mom can have an unpleasant temper at times ( if you know what I mean). I am amazed to see the difference in ratings for the hospital. My wife and I have both been patients there and have received the very best of care, Emory diagnosed her neurological damage but would not, or could not operate on her. Dr Paulo Monterio examined her and performed successful, micro surgery on her as an outpatient. We drive three hours to get major health issues taken care of at Baptist.

I want to express my gratitude to Dr Bill Putnam and the team that recently performed a lobectomy on my 87 year old father. I thank God for giving these people the amazing talents they have. The are not only talented, they are kind and compassionate. Thank you and God Bless you. Jim Mills
