Marcus came to my house, which that alone was a welcomed change. He helped me get the correct battery for my diesel touraeq vw. I had been sold an incorrect one. Much smaller and not for a diesel. Which I did tell them. Marcus straightened it out for me and exchanged the battery. He put in the new battery. This isn't an easy change as the battery is located under the driver's seat.
