We bought our hot tub from them in 2014. I’m not exaggerating when I say my family and I use the hot tub at least every other day. This is a huge shout out to their technician Rob! When something goes wrong, such as a leak, fuse or a pump - we get worried it’s time to get a new one. But this guy is awesome, and continues to revive it. (We’ve only needed about 3 times over the years but it’s so relieving to feel like we have a doctor for our spa). Thank you guys again for adding luxury and incredible comfort to our standard of living.

Absolutely love our new spa. Had it delivered a few months ago, got the AspenSpas Pinnacle 8ft. Their showroom was closed for renovations when we were shopping but they have their inventory stored off site and their salesman was super helpful at showing us what they had available. We ended up placing a custom order only cause we really wanted the touch screen and that one wasn’t in stock. Took about 4 weeks to get in. Delivery was quick and they were able to get it into my backyard and up onto a 1ft leveling platform I had built for it. Thanks again to the whole team we love our new spa.

My swimspa was acting up..they sent out technician Rob to make the repairs.. What a GREAT experience it was. Very professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. Thank you Rob, and first coast spas... Back in the spa again.
