Art of Dance is a dance studio celebrating 25 years in the local community, with locations in Jacksonville and St. Johns County. The studio provides age-appropriate instruction across all levels, from Beginner to Advanced. Classes include Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Turn & Stretch, Tumbling, Hip Hop, Preschool Classes, and a Competition Team. The atmosphere is consistently described as a second home and a second family. It is a clean, supportive, and family-friendly community with multiple safety measures. The studio focuses not just on winning but on supporting each other, where dancers are truly teammates. My daughter has been at AOD for 7 years. She not only has grown as a dancer, but has also grown into a more confident leader in and out of the studio. She has also made so many sweet friends that are so supportive of each other. This place is like family. So thankful for all of the teachers!!
I was one of the first students when Art of Dance opened its doors almost 30 years ago. It quickly became my second home. Not only was the dance instruction top notch, but the atmosphere made me feel like I just gained a second family. Almost three decades later and now I’m one of the instructors and both of my daughters are dancing here. I couldn’t imagine going to another studio. ❤️
We have been part of Art Of Dance’s competition team for 7 years. My daughter has had a wonderful experience. She has grown as a dancer and has had exposure to great competitions and great choreography. But more importantly, she has developed close friendships with other dancers. It is an atmosphere that focuses on not just winning, but supporting each other. The dancers are truly teammates and the teachers focus on cultivating relationships.
