I rarely write reviews but I have to put this out there. Erika and her team has been with me for about 3 years now. They manage 5 short term rentals for me along with a number of long term move out or post construction cleans. I literally cannot give them enough credit for helping me with the cleaning side of my business, especially since I am 3k miles away. I have a 95% 5 star cleaning rating over the last 3 years (VERY hard to do in the STR business), thoughtful touches like sanitary seal on toilets, and most importantly her team ALWAYS show up on time and finish ahead of schedule. What sets this team apart over other cleaners I've used over the years is how trains her team is that the owner is personally involved. I've seen different cleaners come and go for my units, but they've all consistently delivered the same quality and timely results. That's not easy to do with cleaner turnovers and I appreciate Erika's documented training process. If something is not right, she always offers to send someone back to correct and make it right for my guests, which fortunately are few and far in between. Lastly, she's also been great helping me with some simple maintenance items, like battery/air filter change, and alert me when I need to restock on certain consumable items along with documenting damages. Really a true all-in-one stop I need for day to day operations. I've personally recommend them to a number of other hosts in the area so consider this my public endorsement, you can't go wrong with Aqua Jax.
We just had the BEST deep clean of our house done by this awesome company last week! The ladies they sent were amazing and the price was super reasonable. Definitely recommend! 5�
