This is the second review requested by Aptive this morning. They do a great job but hound you with surveys. After hiring them, I had to block texts as there were sooooo many. They are good exterminators with good technicians but bug you incessantly with emails and texts.

Professional and courteous. Matthew was our technician and was very thorough, he explained the process and what to expect, took care around our dog and also explained about waiting before coming into contact with the chems. Covered the area as described before he began and even removed any nests found on the property. We are very pleased with the work so far and the price is very competitive.

Chad with Aptive has been phenomenal with assisting us in defending our Florida home against the most persistent pests. We previously relied on Turner for routine pest concerns and while I don’t have anything bad to say about them, over the past 18 months with Chad and Aptive, there is a heightened focus on deterring problems before they arise.
