Jeff was FANTASTIC. Very thorough and detailed report. Kind and fast reply’s to questions. I rather enjoyed geeking out on his report. I will for sure use Jeff with AmeriSpec again!
AmeriSpec did a thorough job with great explanations and pictures. They were able to catch items in the inspection that were very enlightening. They also were extremely fast which is necessary in the limited time available in the purchase contract.I highly recommend them!
