Even though it was July 4, since our air was down, they came within 2 hours of my calling for service. No extra charge for the holiday, and Eugene and Roger fixed it within the hour. Great service, and very professional.
Air Engineers of Jacksonville Florida just installed a new HVAC Air Conditioning/Heat Pump system at my residence and what an outstanding job. Technicians Boakai & Anthony worked tirelessly in removing the old system and installing the new one in the Florida sun. They got it done in record time. Throughout the process they remained professional and pleasant. They were extremely knowledgeable in both the deinstall and install. The technician, Kyle and advisor Lucius, came out today and performed a tuneup on my home a/c system. They did a pressure test, cleaned some contacts and vacuumed out my drain line. Overall satisfied.
