We had an “Affordable Water Care” water softener that was put in our home in 1998. It lasted 27 years!
The system was leaking. The tech that responded was kind and knowledgeable. Once he saw that it needed to be replaced, he was honest and sold me the proper system for our home and not the upgraded one that needed to be replaced.
The gentleman they sent to install the system was kind , knowledgeable, and honest.

I will recommend to others looking for a water softener. Jim came out to explain the difference in all the systems, answer questions, and ultimately recommend the best one for our house. D and Jake came out for installation. They were both very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was to our liking. They answered any questions we had.
