Patients also appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, from the front desk to the nurses and physicians, making each visit comfortable and reassuring. While the overall experience is excellent, some improvements could be made in the rescheduling system, as one patient received multiple messages about different appointments even after choosing a preferred date. Despite this, patients leave satisfied, praising the helpful, professional, and caring environment at Advantage Dermatology, PA.
My past experiences with MOS procedures at Advantage Dermatology with Dr. Perez and P.A.'s - 3 of them have left me with buckled up-lumpy scar on my forearm, deep irregular scar on my nose and half dollar size deep gouge on right calf that will never even come close to looking like normal skin. My insurance, Care Plus, is not one that many doctors are certified to do business with --- BUT I DID FIND A DERMATOLOGIST THAT I AM THRILLED WITH INTRACOASTAL DERMATOLOGY DR. O'CONNELL.
This is the best practice that I have taken my 94 year old father to. He has been seeing dermatologists for the last 40 year and this was the first head to toe let's freeze things now and see you back in a month for follow up. Sara Armarrillo PA and Morgan her assistance were informative and jovial. Gave verbal and written instructions regarding aftercare and took care of all aspects of my dad's skin. Would highly recommend this practice if you have any skin concerns. Also the billboards in the office are very informative and set the tone that they take care of all aspects of the patient and it is a cooperative process. This is a bi-lingual office. The front office staff is so welcoming. Great medical model.
