I have been a patient of Christie Saklad-Costello for about 8 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care that I have received from her. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personal in her approach to treatment. Going to an appointment with her is like going to see a good friend that REALLY knows how to treat your ailment[s]! I would highly recommend her.
It was a great visit. I address my concern and the doctor was so helpful and explained what is best for my keloid treatment. The front desk and the assistant were very nice as well.
The doctor and nurse were amazing. The front reception lady was rude and I was taken back at the fact that neither her nor other office staff were wearing masks. Thought that was pretty careless. My wife went in on a separate day and was also treated rudely by the same front reception lady. For these two reason, we will look elsewhere for our dermatology care.Update as of 5/2023: New location and new front end staff have made a huge difference in the experience here. I’m now a regular patient and feel comfortable recommending.
