Thomas is the only one I would turn to for advice and service. He has serviced and repaired mine and my husband's computers promptly, picked them up at our home and brought them back to us. He has given us great advice and saved us money. He is professional and nice. I have learned a lot about my computer from him. We would not trust our computer to anyone else.

Thomas suggested a new external hard drive would make things go much quicker and be more secure. We said a definite time and he was here. I was apprehensive to say the least. But he was amazing! He was so fast and answered all my questions. He pays attention to details. Thomas’s work was exemplary!

Thomas if very knowledgeable and professional. I built a PC for the first time in 10+ years and needless to say a bit has changed over the years. I was struggling with some issues that I was unfamiliar with when my PC just stopped POSTing one day. He responded promptly to my calls, was courteous and gave me the advice I needed to solve the issue without ever having to bring the PC to him. He kept in contact over the next couple weeks as I ordered and replaced parts and I am back up and running smoothly. I highly recommend Thomas and his company.
