Five stars isn’t enough for Jim, Michael, Austin, Trevor, Julie and the rest of the staff of The Batts Company. We are thrilled with our new pool and equally elated with the experience of the entire build. Jim and his staff not only delivered on every hope we had but made this process feel like a true partnership throughout.The Batts Company was highly recommended to us by a friend who built with him 14+ years prior and has never had a single issue with his pool or equipment - therefore we did not shop contractors. Batts is an awesome pool company! I needed a lot of new items to get my older pool back in shape, and they completely transformed my pool for an amazing price too! I would not hesitate to call on them again for anything relating to an in-ground swimming pool or a new buildThe receptionist’s were very friendly, billing was easy to understand and a breeze to pay. The pool tech installed some really high end lighting for a reasonable price! Check batts co out! You will be happy you went with them!
