I needed a chiropractor while away from home, and I am so glad that I discovered Twin Waves Chiropractic & Wellness. The wonderful reviews spoke volumes. Dr. Puyau and his wife greeted me with smiles immediately upon entering the office.
Dr. Puyau was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. (I enjoy his sense of humor as well.) ? He thoroughly reviewed my X-rays with me and pointed out a few problem areas. He is not only helping me through the management of my back pain in the office, but he gave me some exercises to work on at home to help with stretching and the alleviation of pain. They are awesome to the core. I have major spinal problems and have been coming here nearly every week for years. Evidence based, gentle, friendly, Efficient,, Effective, and I would never hesitate to recommend friends and family here at all.
I had gone to a few chiropractors before finding Twin Waves. I can’t recommend them enough. I had back pain on and off for the past year and I can finally say it’s so much better. You will also get additional therapy with your visit which I love.
