I had gone to a few chiropractors before finding Twin Waves. I can’t recommend them enough. I had back pain on and off for the past year and I can finally say it’s so much better. You will also get additional therapy with your visit which I love.

I have been coming here for 4 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I look forward to seeing Dr. Puyau, Mary and Tasha; not only does their office provide a relaxing oasis from the chaos of day-to-day life but they have gone above and beyond to improve my quality of life. Thanks to Dr. Puyau's hard work I have experienced significant improvement with my back pain :-)

I have had to learn to manage lower lumbar back pain for as long as I can remember. July of ‘22 my low back became unbearable. I was prescribed ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Then, atthe same time, my upper back had a herniated disk with a very painful muscle spasm. After two different physical therapy rehabs and injections, my doctor recommended chiropractic treatment. Now, 2 times a week for a month(+) and Dr Puyau has helped me tremendously. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
