I’m so happy I found Julia and this salon! I’ve struggled to find the right stylist and atmosphere since moving to Jax and found this salon through a social media review. The atmosphere is somehow hip and modern but homey and warm at the same time. I love the spa-like atmosphere, the hot towels, and they even had snack options! The staff was very welcoming. Erica is amazing! She always listens and yet gives great advice. The customer service is wonderful, they will call you if the stylist is running ahead or behind, so are sensitive to your schedule. They text to remind you of your appointment and are always friendly and accommodating. I love this place and Erica!

I visited the salon today for an extension consultation. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! Shannon has the BEST personality, understood exactly what I wanted in seconds, and gave such reasonable advice to help me achieve what I was asking for. She made me feel so comfortable, confident, and so very EXCITED to get my hair done by her after our consult!
