Absolutely perfect experience. The sauna and cold plunge, as well as the lobby were pristine. And the staff were kind and helpful as well. They offer red light therapy and infra-red sauna which is so hard to find. I’m visiting from SC and I’ll be back tomorrow for the steam sauna.

5 stars all the way - been going here for years on and off. Came in today and it was like I was just there. Very warm and inviting. Vibes with the staff are cordial,pleasant and friendly. Then there is the owner,the ONLY person I will allow to spray tan me! Why? Because she cares about you - she asks all the right questions to get you the right formula and the best results possible. The spray tan is quick,efficient and not gonna’ lie..a dopamine hit! 😂seriously, it looked really good - not too much and definitely the right amount. I am extremely pleased with the results from Total Body Wellness - definitely would recommend. 👍👍

I go there to get a spray tan that the owner DONNA airbrushes on my body. It turns out beautiful and not too dark. Highly recommend this place and they offer so much more than just tanning!
