I called Coastal Heating & Cooling for the first time a few years ago. They told me how to try and fix my A/C unit myself. She said if that didn't work, she would send someone out right away. Well, it worked, she saved me a repair bill.
Then I had another issue, and the same thing happened, I called and I was able to fix it myself. Again they saved me a service call.
That was my first two experiences with them. I've been using them ever since for maintenance.
I love an honest company that doesn't overcharge their customers. I highly recommend them.
They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. It was a very pleasant experience. I was referred to this company and I wasn’t disappointed. They are prompt and did a very good job . They even showed me before and after pictures . I do recommend this company A/C Panda . Thank you for your excellent service !
