Amazing vibes and sweet, knowledgeable staff. They are accommodating for beginners as well as experienced yogis. The moment you walk in the door you are relaxed and met with genuine kind people. They also have a lot of seasonal and fun events with guest teachers, sound baths, reiki, acupuncture and even a pot luck this weekend! Great local yoga spot! My fave.

Bella Vida is a quaint studio. The building is so beachy/cute and always smells refreshing. The people have been friendly. Morgan is a great teacher and her class today left me feeling relaxed more than I have in a long time. It has a really gentle and calm spirit inside that makes it very inviting. Keep up the awesome work! :)

Spent new years in Jax beach and stayed a couple blocks from this charming peaceful yoga studio. New Year’s Eve I joined the gentle hatha class taught by Dennis and Kathy who were marvelous. The flow was just beautiful, the reaching was gorgeous. New Year’s Day I checked the schedule and saw a reggae flow. Curious, I joined the 11 am class. The class was taught by the owner. A phenomenal vinyasa flow with a background of soft reggae. Chattaranga to Bob Marley is how you want to start the new year! So glad I found this spot and got some time on the yoga matt to close and open the year! Definitely worth checking out in Jax beach!
