I don't know if they hired someone new but I will never take my dog here again. My dog looks like a 2 year cut him, he is butchered. We also asked them NOT to make our dog look like a poodle and GAVE specific directions not to touch his face or the top of his head because we like the shaggy look. The first few times they did it right so we went back. When we picked up our dog we were appalled. I kid you not they shave every inch of him including his nose???? His entire head. Everything we asked them to do they didn't bother doing. Waited a few years before posted this review on my last visit. I received a call to pick her up she wasn’t finished. The cut/ shave ended at her mouth side cheek. After leaving her tooth from that spot fell onto the car seat. I was horrified. She was very agitated and upset when leaving.She is a teacup poodle and she is very small. I can’t believe I have taken her there so many times.Never let someone hurt your precious pets.

Took my dog there for several years. Loved the work Charlotte did. I always had her cut close. Because she didn't have to be trimmed more often, she quit taking my dog. My dog is 15 and it is hard to find another groomer that she gets used to. I was so disappointed because it was more about money than about the work.
