I had a dental emergency while I was in the Keys and away from my regular dentist in Delaware. They gave me an appointment right away and what a relief it was to get treatment. Dr. Brook Patterson was excellent as was everyone on the staff, including the office staff -- all were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They answered all my questions and inspired my confidence even though I was a new patient, and they even accepted and processed my dental insurance. They invited me to return in the future any time I was in the area and needed dental care. Great thanks to all at Janis J Jeffers dental practice!
This has truly been my best dental experience ever. Trish at the front desk was wonderful with scheduling and helping me adjust appointments. Mackenzie answered all of my (many!) questions and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. Dr. Patterson created a thoughtful plan to whiten my teeth first and then redo the bonding, and the results look amazing! (I’ve added a before & after pic)
Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was such a relief to finally find a team here in the Keys that I feel comfortable with and confident in. Highly recommend Janis Jeffers’ office!
