“Roof tear-off and replacement. Good quality materials, properly installed. Time to completion was extended due to lots of rain, but crew did the tear-off in sections so that bare roof deck was always protected from rain damage. Good cleanup of nails and other debris. Probably not the lowest cost, but in range for a large roof.”
