I was in and out, got a 600$ pair of glasses for 60$. Transitions,tri focals. The doctor did a thorough job and I'm good for a year! Nice staff, very conveniently located right in between 2 restaurants! So if you go around lunch time you can get an exam and walk next door and have a sandwich at Subway,or a couple doors down, some great Mexican food at El Rancitos!
The quick and courteous service was still thorough. I appreciated the use of technological advancement to provide in-depth testing. I was not left alone in an exam room, and the remote consultation with the doctor was not rushed. I had ample opportunity to ask questions. Very pleased with the entire experience, and recommend this office!
in October 2024, I called the Inverness Optimart location to schedule an appointment for both eyeglasses and contact lenses. However, when I arrived, only eyeglasses were listed on my check-in form. I was told I’d be “squeezed in” for contacts but had to hurry, which made me feel as though I had done something wrong. After my exam, they didn’t have any trial contacts in stock. It took over two weeks for them to arrive. When I went to pick them up, I was scheduled for a fitting, but when I showed up, I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and would have to come back.
