Integrity Insurance Advisors provides exceptional customer care and insurance services. Their agents, Melissa and Laura Lee, have been taking care of clients' insurance needs for years, doing an amazing job and explaining complex matters clearly. Melissa Seney, in particular, is praised for her helpfulness, excellent communication, and prompt follow-up. Clients appreciate her professionalism, quick responses, and expertise, making her the best agent they've encountered.
Melissa Seney was excellent in getting me coverage. I literally thought I had car insurance but found out that was supposed to have been auto-renewed was not! 3 cars, NO coverage!
And now to add to that, since it had been 2.5 months since it lapsed, I could not re-instate.
Another provider that I had used in the past also said since you do not have in force coverage you need to go to a higher priced insurance company.
Melissa got me a great rate, (half the quote of the other higher priced company) handled my questions and changes to the policy professionally and was quick in getting it done.

Melissa and the rest of the staff at Integrity Insurance advisors are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. Melissa goes the extra mile to accommodate us for car insurance and RV insurance.
Melissa and the team at integrity insurance do a great job. They continually provide great customer service with fantastic insurance options for their customers. I have dealt with them many times when our mutual customers have used them for insurance to cover their homes.
