They showed up the next day after we called which was great because we were not able to use our water due to the septic being full. The team was communicative, professional and arrived on time. They did a great job and had great attitudes. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I bought a new construction last year and realized with the help of Brooks Septic that the drain field failed prematurely. Long story short this team of guys did 10X the work that would normally be needed to identify and fix all of the problems and they did everything with long term solutions in mind. Everybody that came out over the course of this project has been friendly, professional, enthusiastic, helpful, diligent and actually fun to have around. I would welcome everyone back anytime. It's rare to find a team like that. Brooks Septic has a great thing going with people who seem to truly care about quality and service.
