Prior to booking my first appointment I called with my situation and a few questions as I currently have lashes and get fills while I'm in NY and wanted to see if Bay Lash could accommodate me and May was super helpful on the phone so I proceeded with my appointment. I was nervous at first as I have been with my current NY lash tech for 7 years but May was WONDERDUL. She was polite, professional and very gentle. And the music the salon was playing I just loved.
