Another customer was impressed by the technician's honesty, who advised them to wait until the following year to replace a certain part, rather than selling it to them immediately. Customers have also highlighted the company's quick response time and reasonable pricing, making them highly recommended.
Wonderful family owned business. They were honest, thorough, and did great work with helping us with ductwork. They also provided photos afterward which was a nice touch. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Wallace and his employees were nothing but professional during my second installation with them. Five years ago, they replaced my main 3-ton unit. They were able to source the equipment quickly, install it flawlessly, and that unit is still performing like new. This summer, our second unit finally decided that after 20 years, its job was done. Just like the first installation, the replacement of our secondary unit went just as smoothly. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone who will provide a high-quality installation at an affordable price.
I’ve known the Wallace family my entire life. Growing up next door to them in Central Florida, I watched their business thrive under the care and dedication of Mr. Wallace. When his son Ryan took the reins, it was clear the same values of integrity, kindness, and community were carried forward.
Recently, my family faced a tough situation when our AC broke down during a particularly hot stretch. Without hesitation, Ryan showed up quickly, professionally, and with the kind of compassion you rarely see in business these days. His support meant more than I can put into words.
