This is by far the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC company in the county and I’ve dealt with many. It’s a family business that values its customers and doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need or scam you into unnecessary equipment like some of the other local companies do. Our A C went out Thursday night called Wallace Friday and had a Technician here Friday after noon . He checked it out and gave us the bad news it would be expensive to repair and we would still have a old unit. We opted to get a new unit no strong arm selling but just the facts. They came with a portable unit to keep us cool. They came out and installed a new unit on Tuesday Job Well done.The tech Dean was/is a real pro and Ryan fixed us up in flash.Been with the company for over 30 years if you need A C work done these are the people to call .
