    Brought my iPhone here for warranty repair and had the easiest and smoothest experience after the massive headache of dealing with my carrier and apple. The staff here is super attentive and friendly. I will come here for my phone needs from now on even though I live nearly an hour away.

    I made an appointment to get a cracked screen repaired with AppleCare+. Ryan was great. They had the screen and made the repair in less than two hours. For comparison, I went all the way to the Apple Store, and they told me they didn’t have the equipment nor the technicians to do it. Thank you, Ryan!

    I had a good experience at Visual Dynamics! Although they could not save my broken iPhone, they tried everything they could to resuscitate and salvage it! I am very grateful for the effort.

    I visited Visual Dynamics this week hoping to purchase a new MacBook, and I left absolutely appalled. As a local small business owner who simply wanted to support another local business, I could not in good conscience spend a single dollar there after witnessing how the owner/manager behaved.

    The older gentleman with white hair who appeared to be in charge treated his staff—and even some customers—with an attitude I can only describe as demeaning. His employees were nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and patient, yet he spoke to them as if they didn’t know a thing. In reality, they were far more informed and much more pleasant to deal with than he was.

    I’ve never walked into a store and seen a manager talk down to such helpful staff members like that. It left a disgusting taste in my mouth. I went in ready to buy a brand-new MacBook, and instead walked out feeling sorry for the hardworking employees who clearly deserve better leadership. I will not support a business where the person in charge treats people so poorly.

    I needed a replacement charger and cord and was helped quickly to get what I needed to keep running my business! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about Apple products. I always feel confident taking their advice.

    The people here were really kind and did all they could to help me out! They offered me some solutions to try and were very helpful.

    They were also really patient with some other customers who came in with issues that weren't something they could help with and went out of their way to give them options anyways.

    Stopped by “Visual Dynamics” with my Wife and her “Apple” laptop, which was giving her some issues, and was pleasantly greeted by “Jay”. He listed to her situation, had her show him the problem, then dove in. Did a “system check”, all was good, so he did something else and computer problem was gone. He refused to take any payment, recommended we bring it back for a more extensive check up, if problem occurred again. This is how how take care of your clients !!!

    Just got great service today on October 13 at 3 PM. The nice gentleman quickly processed my AppleCare claim for my AirPod Pro 3 - in and out in 15 mins. Very friendly and great service

    While the staff member who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, the store’s “small business” support is disappointing. My Mac needs a keyboard replacement due to a stuck key, and I was told I’d have to leave it for 3–5 days. That’s not realistic for a small business owner who relies on their computer daily. It still works with an external keyboard, so there’s no reason I should be without it while waiting on a part.
    For comparison, Apple orders the part, calls you when it’s in, and you bring the computer in for the repair—no downtime required. That’s a process that actually supports small businesses.
    Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my Mac directly to Apple instead and recommending that other small business owners do the same. This shop may mean well, but their current process doesn’t reflect an understanding of small business needs.

    As a follow up to the owner - this IS your policy, because Apple does not make you leave the device. They will fix it on the spot with your appointment, or order the part and contact you when it is ready to be repaired. That's all I asked of the staff, but nobody could give me a good reason, other than this is OUR policy, why I needed to leave it for 3-5 days while I could still use it with an external keyboard. So while you claim to offer options and support small business, you clearly don't get it. The bad review is a result of YOUR policy, which you are right I don't like or understand, but it has nothing to do with being an Apple Service Provider or Apple's policy. Maybe you'll check into it and become more flexible to support local businesses, or maybe not and you'll continue to force local businesses to find support elsewhere.

    Had about a less than 3-minute conversation with two very nice professional gentlemen in this visual Dynamics store. Today is Saturday, September 20th just before 10:00.

    I asked him a general question about a computer that they had nothing to do with what they were selling and we still able to give me knowledge of the information which I really appreciate.
