I normally don't make reviews but they deserve a 5 star. I don't understand the 1 star reviews for this place. The rep I spoke to (Dylan I think is his name) was very friendly. As soon as I walked in I they said good morning how can we help. He was very detailed with everything and answered all my questions. And my apple care+ is covering my repair. I think most of the 1 Stars are from people who didn't have insurance and got frustrated. Honestly even if I didn't have insurance their prices are fair and very close to apples prices. They were very respectful and highly trained at their job. They were upfront and honest. It's hard for me to go to the apple store in Orlando...read full review

Dylan and the team at Visual Dynamics are an outstanding, knowledgeable, and courteous operation! Right from the beginning, they explained the process of repairing my defective keyboard in my 2019 MacBook Pro. They texted me daily updates and let me know by calling when the device was ready! The best part? The repair was $0 because they checked for the device having an extended warranty because of keyboard malfunctions! My device is like new!Wonderful to have local service - don’t drive to Orlando! These friends will take great care of you!

Really great service! Dylllan helped me with my laptop and he was so efficient that he was able to fix my issue within a matter of minutes. He scanned my laptop just in case to check for any other issues. He also provided me with really good advice for all of my electronics. These guys are honest and reliable and I will return here!
