I was happy the first time I brought my PC into my computer Tech to be fixed. They replaced and upgraded my hard drive for a very fair price and I was extremely happy with the information and service I was given. They were quick too.I recently came in after 2 years because my computer crashed on me. I explained that it had been making clicking noises and wouldn't registrar with my monitor. I had unplugged and plugged it back in and it wouldn't come on after a couple try's. They asked me to let him check it out right there on the spot. A friend dropped off my computer and I was able to pick it up the next day. Fully refurbished changed from a mechanical to a digital machine. Better than new. And I had a sense that he cared about my issues and the Community. Win Win Win

Shawn provided the best computer repair service I can imagine. I am traveling with a well used but very necessary laptop that had lost a screw which held the top an bottom together. He explained over the phone that it may not be able to be repaired which, of course prepared me for a spendy visit.When I got to his shop he spent about a minutes checking to see if I needed a new computer or not. I didn't (Whew) so he replaced the missing screw and I was good to go.I really appreciated the respectful way I was treated as he clearly explained the issue (even showing me the inside part that could have been a problem).I highly recommend My Computer Tech.
