The doctor and receptionist were extremely nice and helpful. I was having problems and stopped in two or three times without an appointment. They took me in and tried to help. Very nice and caring.
I am not fond of dental procedures as a rule. I have had some bad experiences. I feel that this practice is very modern and thorough! The reception and billing staff are friendly, efficient and considerate. The dentist is very reassuring, as are the hygienists. I was impressed with the dental plan proposed by the dentist and while I can’t say I look forward to a deep cleaning and crown replacement, it seems to be exactly what I need to do to maintain my dental health ! I highly recommend this state-of-the-art clinic!
My first visit went very well. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I really appreciate quality customer service and I needed to get an appointment and was accommodated with appointment the same day I called. Thank You!
And on my 2nd visit had a stubborn tooth that the Dentist and his Assistant worked at and accomplished the removal of. I felt very supported and the whole time was getting current status and was even handed a TV remote to watch a show of my choice, which ended up being a wave being painted on a large canvas!
