Brad completed a full installation of our home energy monitoring system using Emporia Vue 3 monitors, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He installed three units — two with 16 sensors each for individual circuit monitoring, and one configured for solar production using two 200A CT clamps. That’s a total of 34 sensors, all mapped, labeled, and verified across three panels.

He also installed surge protection at all three locations:

A Generac SPD in the main panel to protect our 22kW generator

A Square D HOM2175SB SPD in the interior subpanel

An FSPD140 Level 2 Whole House SPD (rated for 140,000 amps, 120/240V) at the solar combiner box
