Elizabeth is the most wonderful massage therapist around! I have never seen a massage therapist regularly, but after visiting Elizabeth my first time, I am now a regular and try to see her about once a month or so. She has really helped me with my neck, back, and shoulder pain. Long term ailments from work stress, working out, and sleeping poorly. She always asks me about how I am feeling, and tailors each session to my needs with massage, stretching, and hot stones. I couldn’t stand going to the corporate style places anymore that seem to rush you in/out. I’ve been going to Elizabeth for about a year now and I think my body can’t thank her enough. Between traveling, office desk strain, stress, combined with playing 4 different sports a week, her expertise in deep tissue, stretching and relaxation helps me to recover and maintain my busy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed! Elizabeth did an excellent job of finding my cramped spots and working out the knots while adjusting the pressure she applied to achieve maximum effectiveness while staying within my comfort/pain tolerance. I feel significantly better now. I will definitely be back.
