I appreciated his direct approach and actually talking to me on the phone before the inspection to get a sense of the home and what to expect. Tim also relayed his extensive homebuilding experience and familiarity with the area. Tim was on-time and conducted a thorough inspection of the entire house top-to-bottom. This was likely one of the more interesting inspections for Tim given the house itself and the presence of the homeowners. He is alert, experienced and attention to details cannot be over emphasized enough. On time, explains the process, advises on next step decisions.
