We had to have a new wind mitigation 4 point inspection for property insurance in a hurry & Tim got right back with me & set up appt a day later. He was very thorough & informative & much the best inspector we have ever used. We are so pleased & grateful for his expertise & great customer service. He followed up with his reports & pictures the day after & again, everything done professionally. Highly recommend.

Tim performed a commercial property inspection on a property I was considering purchasing, and he was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. During the review, he took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained potential issues I might face after the purchase. He was very easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable. His inspection likely saved me from significant future problems. I would not hesitate to hire him again when another opportunity arises.

I'm new to the area and chose Tim to handle the inspection based on the existing positive reviews. I appreciated his direct approach and actually talking to me on the phone before the inspection to get a sense of the home and what to expect. Tim also relayed his extensive homebuilding experience and familiarity with the area. Tim was on-time and conducted a thorough inspection of the entire house top-to-bottom. This was likely one of the more interesting inspections for Tim given the house itself and the presence of the homeowners.
